Durogesic Matrix 25 µg/h: 4,2 mg Fentanyl pro Pflaster 10,5 cm².
Durogesic Matrix 50 µg/h: 8,4 mg Fentanyl pro Pflaster 21,0 cm².
Durogesic Matrix 75 µg/h: 12,6 mg Fentanyl pro Pflaster 31,5 cm².
Durogesic Matrix 100 µg/h: 16,8 mg Fentanyl pro Pflaster 42 cm².
* Die tiefste Dosis wird als 12 µg/h bezeichnet (die tatsächliche Dosis beträgt jedoch 12,5 µg/h). Dies ermöglicht eine klare Unterscheidung zur Dosis von 125 µg/h, die verschrieben werden könnte, wenn mehrere Pflaster angewendet werden.
