Eine Betätigung der Dosierpumpe ergibt 0.5 g transdermales Gel mit 10 mg Testosteron (entspricht 1 Pumpenhub).
Hilfsstoffe
Ein Gramm transdermales Gel enthält Propylenglykol, wasserfreies Ethanol, Isopropylalkohol, Ölsäure, Carbomer 1382, Trolamin, Butylhydroxytoluol (E 321), Salzsäure (zur pH Einstellung) und gereinigtes Wasser.
Tostran ist ein klares, farbloses bis leicht gelbliches transdermales Gel.
